• Document support and filing via WhatsApp, Email, and other digital modes

We operate under the registered firm Yearend Tax Services, based in Bangalore, India.

We collect documents via WhatsApp, Email, or secure upload (we don’t collect data on the website). We take all reasonable measures to protect your data and documents and Read our Privacy Policy to understand how we protect your information.

Once your return is filed, no changes can be made unless permitted by law (revised return). We do not take responsibility for refunds delayed or denied by the Income Tax Department.

Yearend shall not be held responsible for:

• Incorrect filing due to wrong/incomplete info provided by you

• Any penalty or notice arising from misreporting or non-disclosure

• System downtime of the Income Tax Portal or third-party service delays

We comply with the laws and rules of the Income Tax Department, Government of India.
We reserve the right to reject or stop services if:

• Documents appear to be fake or manipulated

• Any illegal activity is suspected

• The client fails to cooperate or communicate clearly
